Hello,
I'm currently working with the UR32-L04AU-P-W and attempting to install the Python SDK. I followed the instructions provided in the solution below and installed the UR32 & UR35 Python SDK v4.0.2:
https://support.milesight-iot.com/support/solutions/articles/73000514211-how-to-install-python-sdk-and-read-log
Everything went smoothly until I tried importing the example Python app package. I uploaded the ZIP file successfully, but I'm having trouble getting the AppManager to run. According to the logs, the AppManager starts and runs for about 5 seconds, but then stops. When I try to enable AppManager, the checkbox unselects automatically after saving the settings.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Ritu,
Thanks for your reply.
I noticed that the router firmware you are using is 32.3.0.8-r1. "Failed to enable Python App Manager" is a known issue in this firmware which has been fixed in the new firmware.
Please click https://www.milesight.com/iot/resources/download-center/#firmware-ur32-ur35 to get the latest firmware and then upgrade.
Have a great day.
Best Regards,
Mandarin Li

Hi Mandarin,
Thank you for your response.
I'm still unable to get the Python app running. I've attached a screenshot showing my Python and AppManager configuration, along with the router logs.
As I mentioned earlier, when I enable the AppManager and click "Save," it shows a successful save message but then immediately unchecks the box. I believe this could be the reason the Python APP isn't running.

Hi Ritu,
Thanks for contacting Milesight-IoT Support Team.
Regarding this issue, we tried the same procedure to import the python app locally and it works fine.
If possible, please share your AppManager Configuration, and the running log of the Python APP so that we can check further.
About how to check the Python APP running log, you could click the Python APP name or Tail -f to get the logs.
Also, please refer to this link to get the router logs so that we can further check the operational status of the system while the python APP is running.

Looking forward to your feedback.
Have a great day.
