I am trying to add my UG63-915M to the Milesight cloud.
I am entering the SN but the cloud says it is an Invalid device ID.

Thanks for contacting Milesight-IoT Support Team.
The UG63 is currently not compatible with Milesight IoT Cloud, so this error message will appear. If you're interested, you can integrate the UG63 using the Milesight development platform.
