Description

For the free Milesight IoT Cloud account, it only supports 5 devices to be connected and only uses basic functions at most. If you need to upgrade the account, please refer to this video or below contents.

Configuration

Step 1: Get license.

Login your account and go to right-up corner, click Upgrade Account or go to Me->Member Center, click Upgrade Account, then click Get License.

It will jump to Official Website Page, then please contact sale team to get the license. There is contact information:

Step 2: Upload and Activate License.

Go to Me->Member Center, click Upgrade Account. 

Enter the license, then click Activated. 

Notes: 

1. The account can’t be activated within 24 hours if you enter incorrect license five times in 24 hours. (The time period is calculated from the first time entering the incorrect license, and it will be initialized after 24 hours, it means you can active your account again after 24 hours.)

2. Same level’s Membership Plans can be used superimposed after multiples activation.

3. It will apply the plan with maximum devices number firstly, if you have different levels of plans. 

4. When all plans are expired, it will provide 7-day olan freely as cache period.
