Problem Description:
Milesight IoT has determined that a small percentage of AM100 series sensor displays may stop refreshing, the USB could not be recognized, the NFC could not be read in low battery situation. Affected devices were manufactured after June 2020.
If your AM100's firmare version is lower than v1.28, please keep scrolling and learn how to upgrade it to v1.28 with ToolBox the configuration software for Windows.

Solution:
1. Download and run ToolBox
Download centre: https://www.milesight-iot.com/software-download/
2. Go to "Maintenance>Upgrade"
3. Upgrade
Click "Browse" to locate .bin file, "Upgrade" and then wait for a while, the upgrade will be finished shortly.
